To give a bouquet to a potential marriage partner, simply approach them and right-click on the bouquet in your inventory. This will prompt a dialogue box asking if you would like to give them the bouquet. Once you confirm, the bouquet will be given to the recipient, signaling your romantic interest in them.
Upon receiving a bouquet, the recipient will react differently based on their feelings towards you. If they have romantic feelings towards you as well, they may express happiness and gratitude. However, if they do not share the same feelings, they may express confusion or discomfort.
If for any reason you wish to end a relationship with your current partner, you can use the bouquet to craft a Wilted Bouquet. Simply place the bouquet in the crafting menu and you will receive a Wilted Bouquet, which can be given to your partner to signify the end of your relationship.
Events Trigger
Special Occasions
Haley/Emily’s Event
If you are single and have given bouquets to all suitable candidates, reached maximum friendship levels, and experienced their special events, a scene may unfold at Haley/Emily’s House. Without a Rabbit’s Foot, recipients may feel upset and distant for a week.
This occurrence is a one-time event per saved file and will not happen if you are married or have used a Wilted Bouquet or Mermaid’s Pendant.
Bachelors’ Event
A similar situation occurs with single men at The Stardrop Saloon. Without a Rabbit’s Foot, they may act coldly for a week when upset, eventually forgiving after the period.
Additional Uses
Bouquets are also utilized in creating Suit Tops on the Sewing Machine and can function as red dye in dye pots.
Flower Preservation Techniques
Drying Roses
Roses dry elegantly and retain their texture. Dark-hued roses dry exceptionally well. Hang them upside down in a dim, dry location for approximately two weeks for optimal results.
Drying Lavender
Lavender, valued for its aroma, dries effortlessly. Suspend bunches upside down in a dry spot or incorporate them into other designs. Store small bundles in a cool, ventilated area for preservation.
Pressing Daisies
Daisies maintain their cheery appearance when pressed. Place them between paper under pressure for several weeks to achieve a perfect dry finish.
Drying Hydrangeas
Hydrangeas dry naturally when hung upside down in water. They retain their form and vintage appearance with muted tones.
Preserving Baby’s Breath
Baby’s breath dries well and retains its original look. Apply a light coat of hairspray to dried baby’s breath to prevent the stems from becoming brittle.
Drying Peonies

Peonies, cherished worldwide, dry effectively. Pressing is recommended for long-lasting preservation.
Additional Tips for Floral Preservation
5. Consult with a Professional
If you are unsure about the best preservation method for your bouquet, consider seeking advice from a professional preservationist. They can provide guidance on the most suitable technique based on the types of flowers in your bouquet.
6. Handle with Care
When handling preserved flowers, be gentle to avoid damaging delicate petals and stems. Avoid touching the flowers too much, as oils from your skin can cause discoloration over time.
7. Regular Maintenance
Check your preserved bouquet periodically for any signs of damage or fading. If you notice any issues, consult a preservation expert for advice on how to address them and ensure the longevity of your keepsake.
8. Enjoy the Memories
Displaying your preserved bouquet in your home can be a beautiful reminder of your special day. Whether you choose to hang it on a wall, place it in a decorative shadow box, or incorporate it into a DIY project, enjoy the beauty of your preserved flowers for years to come.
Remember, proper preservation techniques and care will help your bouquet retain its beauty and sentimental value for a lifetime.
Transportation Tips
On one wedding day, the father of the bride arrived to collect the bridal party bouquets with a crowded car. Placing flowers in the car trunk is unsafe. Instead, have them held securely on laps inside the vehicle during transport.
During your wedding day, when moving in a vehicle, ensure that the flowers are transported securely in sturdy boxes with sufficient padding. Avoid leaving the flowers in a closed, unventilated vehicle.
Additionally, it is important to make sure the vehicle transporting the flowers has a flat surface to prevent any shifting during transit. If possible, assign someone to monitor the flowers during the journey to ensure they arrive at the venue in perfect condition.
Floral Handling Recommendations
To maintain the freshness of flowers on a warm day, consider having the bouquets delivered closer to the ceremony time, rather than early in the morning. Photographers usually do not require flowers in every single photo, so they do not need to be present throughout the entire day.
Similarly, aim to have the flowers picked up or delivered on the day of the wedding, not the day before, to keep them fresh in a cool place for longer.
Precautionary Measures
Avoid placing flowers where they could be damaged by pets, children, or individuals who may be too overbearing. Allow the designer to handle the arrangements without interference. The focus should be on presenting the flowers at their best on the wedding day.
My objective is to ensure that every bloom reaches its pinnacle on the wedding day, even if their longevity may be limited thereafter. The emphasis is on the day itself, rather than on the lasting power of the flowers.
