Express your gratitude by donating wedding dresses to military, first responders, and frontline healthcare brides in need. BAA welcomes gowns that are up to 3 years old. Ideal sizes are 0-8 and 16-30. Whether you gift a dress or make a monetary contribution, your support is invaluable.
Submission Guidelines

When submitting a gown, include details like the designer, purchase year, size, style, and any alterations. Gowns older than 3 years are not accepted. You will be notified only if your gown meets the criteria, which may take up to 4 weeks.
If accepted, instructions on packaging, shipping, and the address will be provided.
Acceptance Criteria
We currently accept gowns size 16 and above. Criteria include dresses less than 3 years old, in good condition, without vintage styles. Accessories like veils, tiaras, and others are welcome, excluding undergarments and petticoats.
Please make sure that the dresses are clean and free of any stains or damages. We appreciate donations that are ready to wear and do not require any repairs. Additionally, we kindly ask donors to ensure that the dresses are modern and on-trend, as we aim to provide stylish options for our clients.

If you’re considering ways to repurpose your old wedding dress in the UK, explore various options for donation, selling, recycling, or upcycling. Instead of letting your gown collect dust, find new ways to bring joy and purpose beyond your wedding day.
Consider donating your wedding dress to a charity that helps brides in need. There are organizations that specialize in providing wedding attire to those who may not be able to afford it otherwise.
Alternatively, you can sell your dress online through platforms like eBay or Stillwhite. This allows another bride to enjoy your gown and gives you some extra cash in return.
If your dress is no longer in wearable condition, consider recycling it. Many textile recycling companies accept wedding gowns and repurpose them into new fabrics and materials.
Lastly, you can upcycle your dress into a new garment or accessory. Think about repurposing the fabric into a christening gown, decorative pillow, or even a piece of artwork to cherish the memories of your special day.
